5月29日，为深入贯彻司法部、全国工商联、中华全国律师协会发布的《关于深入开展民营企业“法治体检”活动服务疫情防控和企业复工复产的通知》，真正落实陕西省司法厅、陕西省工商联《关于深入开展民营企业“法治体检”活动的通知》有关文件精神，针对疫情对经济社会带来的冲击，为民营企业提供律师法律服务支持和法治保障，优化营商环境，陕西省司法厅、陕西省律师协会、陕西省经济发展促进会指导的以“律企同心 法治同行”为主题的“云德律师为民营企业开展公益‘法治体检’启动仪式”在曲江国际会议中心完美开启。省司法厅党组成员、副厅长、省律师行业党委书记李艾平在启动仪式上作了讲话。省律师协会、省经济发展促进会领导出席了启动仪式并讲话。110余家商协会负责人和企业代表、20余名高校代表、20余家媒体等200余人参加了本次启动仪式。

启动仪式上，李艾平指出，组建律师服务团队深入持续开展民营企业“法治体检”公益法律服务活动，是帮助民营企业防范法律风险，维护合法权益，加快纠纷解决，健全规章制度，将法律保护关口进一步前移的重要举措。尤其是组织动员广大律师聚焦疫情防控特殊时期民营企业法律服务需求，尽快回复正常生产经营秩序，促进我省经济社会发展早日步入正常轨道具有重要现实意义。这次由陕西云德律师事务所组织开展的民营企业“法治体检”公益法律服务活动，充分体现了广大律师的责任担当，是律师为民营企业发展提供优质高效法律服务的典型和示范。希望云德所充分发挥自身优势、以本次活动为契机，坚持探索创新、坚持久久为功，推进活动常态化、制度化，努力为民营企业经济发展营造良好法治环境作出新的更大的贡献。并对本次法治体检活动的开展提出了加强组织领导、突出服务重点、对接服务需求、规范服务流程、强化工作保障等要求和建议。
