4月24日下午6:30，云德律师事务所特邀陕西省高院高级法官赵建民通过腾讯会议线上解读新民事诉讼证据规则。该新规则主要涉及当事人举证、证据的调查收集和保全、举证时限与证据交换、质证、证据的审核认定及其他方面，赵建民法官详细解读了此次新证据规则中的重要变化以及热点问题，以及新民事诉讼证据规定的背景意义、主要内容和应当注意的问题等。云德律所采取线上线下相结合的授课方式，云德律师学院、19层会议室同步开课的方式保证每一位律师都能够参与学习。

At 6:30 PM on April 24, Yunde Law Firm invited Zhao Jianmin, a senior judge of Shaanxi Provincial High Court, to interpret the New Civil Litigation Evidence Rules through the Tencent Conference. The New Rules is mainly involved in the investigation of concerned proof, evidence collection and preservation, time limit of proof and evidence exchange, cross-examination, cognizance and other aspects of the audit, Judge Zhao Jianmin detailed reading the important changes of the new evidence rules and hotspots issues, and the background of the new civil litigation evidence rules meaning, main contents and problems that should be paid attention. Yunde Law Firm adopts the online and offline teaching method, and Yunde Law College and the 19th floor conference room hold classes simultaneously to ensure that every lawyer can participate in the study.

培训伊始，赵建民法官通过具体条文的新规与旧规的对比，强调本次新证据规则并不能单纯只看内容是删除还是增加，而应该结合《修改决定》及《民诉法解释》，明白其背后的含义。

At the beginning of the training, Judge Zhao Jianmin emphasized that the New Rules of Evidence could not only see whether the content was deleted or added, but should be combined with the amendment decision and the interpretation of the civil litigation law to understand the meaning behind it.

本次系新民事诉讼法证据规则解读的上篇课程，赵建民法官主要从诚信原则、电子数据、自认规则、书证提出命令四大模块为我们做以深入分析与解读，旨在帮助大家进一步加强对新证据规则的理解与适用。

This is the last course of interpretation of evidence rules of the new civil procedure law. Judge Zhao Jianmin mainly made in-depth analysis and interpretation for us from the four modules of good faith principle, electronic data, self-recognition rules and documentary evidence orders, aiming to help you further strengthen the understanding and application of the New Evidence Rules.
