网上诉讼服务办理流程主要分为两部分，本次课程主要以陕西省为例，讲述如何进行网上立案，如何进行网上开庭，其中网上立案又分为通过“陕西诉讼服务网”和“陕西移动微法院”进行立案。

法院办案法官在与当事人、原被告双方代理人沟通一致的情况下，可采用微信建群等聊天软件，将各方当事人及诉讼参与人在同一聊天软件中，通过视频语音的形式进行开庭，而答辩状、证据、代理词等在开庭过程中可以以照片的形式传送至群内进行法庭调查、法庭辩论。需要注意的是，网上开庭过程中，各方当事人应注意网络畅通，以防出现掉线等无法开庭的情况；还应注意证据原件的核实，必要时可以申请法院在疫情结束后就证据原件再核对一次。
