疫情下，关于教育培训行业可能涉及的法律问题，首先涉及到学校面对此类公共卫生突发事件所面临的义务是什么呢？应该服从人民政府发布的决定、命令，配合人民政府采取的应急处置措施，做好本单位的应急救援工作，形成处置突发公共卫生事件的快速反应机制，制定突发公共卫生事件的应急预案、落实信息报告和信息发布、建立传染病预防预警制度、采取本校应急处置措施、在疫情结束后有序开展善后和恢复工作、完善应急保障及与疫情相关的日常宣传与教育等工作。其次，针对线下的教育机构可能会出现家长挤兑退费的情况出现。由于疫情的影响线下的一些寒假培训课程因无法线下开展，也不能提供线上学习，所以造成有些家长挤兑退费，解除合同的风波也是数不胜数。当然，合同大多遵循当事人双方的意思自治，当然解除不是唯一的解决方法，双方也可以经过协商变更合同。当然如果涉及到合同的目的完全实现不了，纳双方任何一方都可以行使法定的合同解除权。最后，针对线上教学的火爆，有些不法分子利用家长的急切心理，采取欺骗的手段实行诈骗行为，各地也出现类似的诈骗案件。最后小编想提醒各位家长：一定要提高警惕，增强防范意识，以免上当受骗，遭受不必要的经济损失，千万不要轻信更不要轻易扫描任何二维码付款。
