一、成立工作领导组（Setup a leadership group）

采取分工合作原则，各司其职，全所一盘棋，用云德高度的执行力，共同带领全所同事科学、有序的防控疫情。

二、思想高度重视，强化宣传力度，预防措施精准。(Think highly,Intensify publicity efforts and Precise precautions of the epidemic.)

首先，要求全体云德律师思想上要引起高度重视，时刻注意保护个人健康，并同时发挥律师的党员先进性和高度理性、社会责任感，严格按照律师行业纪律要求，起到模范宣传、正能量宣传的作用，一切以有利于社会稳定和疫情防控工作为中心，不随意传播和散布未经权威机构部门证实的疫情信息，坚决做到不造谣、不信谣、不传谣。

其次，确保疫情防控和正常工作都得到平稳、有序进行。根据工作需要，律所律师学院培训规划的课程设计和授课模式线上进行，配合疫情防控工作的开展。行政、财务办公实行预约制，任何人不得在没有防护措施下接触、办理相关手续。建立与相关部门协调沟通机制，密切关注和落实卫生机构、省律协党委、司法厅等部门相关疫情防控措施，必要时及时汇报；建立与公检法司、顾问单位等相关单位的协调沟通机制，处理好会见、阅卷、开庭、值班等工作；

Administrative andfinancial offices shall be made by appointment.No one shall contact or handle relevant procedures without protective measures.Establish coordination and communication mechanism with relevant departments, pay close attention and implement relevant epidemic prevention and control measures of health institutions, provincial law association party committee, department of justice and other departments,and report in time if necessary;Establish the coordination and communication mechanism with the public security and lawdepartment,consulting units and other relevant units, and handle the work ofmeeting, reviewing papers, holding court,work on duty and ect.;

再者，制定了《云德律师事务所疫情防控管理办法》，建立定期疫情防控报告机制，注重单位、家庭和个人一体防范，从制度上形成长效机制，严密监控和防范，坚决打赢这场疫情防控阻击战。

三、积极筹措医用防护物资，发挥专业力量，勇担社会责任.

鉴于目前口罩、防护服、护目镜、消毒液等防护物资紧缺，对于在一线工作的警察、医护人员和社区干部等急需防护物资的进行捐赠，联系相关符合标准的供应商，倡议全所律师积极行动，献出一份爱心，共同过关。同时，因公共卫生事件引发出了大量的法律问题，组织所内律师利用法律专业知识撰写相关专题文章，宣传有关预防、控制突发性传染病疫情等灾害行为的法律法规，提高全社会开展疫情防控工作的法律意识、回应社会关切，积极履行社会责任。
