【云德资讯】陕西云德律师事务所关于集中采购新型冠状病毒关联物资的通告

根据国家及各省级卫生健康委最新公布消息得知，目前全国确诊感染新型冠状病毒的肺炎患者病例仍在持续增加中。

Accordingto the latest news released by the national and provincial health committees,the number of pneumonia patients confirmed to be infected with the newcoronavirus is still increasing.

为贯彻落实党中央国务院及省委省政府有关部署要求，助力防控疫情，发挥云德律师的社会担当作用，经云德律所党总支、工会会议研究决定，拟筹集资金20万，集中采购新型冠状病毒关联物资，用于向奔赴在一线的防疫人员捐赠。相关事宜通告如下：

Inorder to implement the relevant deployment requirements of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the provincial government, help prevent andcontrol the epidemic situation, and give full play to the social role of Yunde lawyers, the General Party Branch and Trade Union Meeting of Yunde Law Firm decided to raise 200,000 funds to purchase new coronavirus-related materials for donation to epidemic prevention personnel who went to the frontline.Relevantmatters are announced as follows:

一、物资要求（MaterialRequirements）

1.本次采购物资包括但不限于：一次性医用（外科）口罩、KN95口罩、75%酒精、84消毒液、消毒剂、防护服、警示带、照明灯等。

1.The purchased materials include but are not limited to: disposable medical(surgical) masks, KN95 masks, 75% alcohol, 84 disinfectant, disinfectant, protectiveclothing, warning tapes, lighting lamps, etc.

2.所有物资生产单位资质、物资质量均应符合《产品质量法》规定，储备不限量，包装、运送途径需保证物资使用性能的安全。

二、采购时间（Purchase Time）

自即日起，截止时间不定，根据疫情发展状况另行通知。

三、采购程序（Procurement Procedures）

本次采购活动中，各意向单位可通过提供物资或物资生产单位信息等方式参与采购活动，随物资提供生产单位、供应商营业执照复印件、出厂合格证书，产品型号、规格、单价资料，联系人姓名、职务、联系方式等。如我们采购，要提供发票。
