《民法典》中关于物业服务合同的法律问题

物业服务合同在合同主体、签订过程、约定内容、履约影响等方面有不少特殊性，同时也是影响千家万户的重要合同类型，为减少因物业服务合同而产生的纠纷，《民法典》将物业服务合同单独成章，凸显其重要性，对物业服务关系的处理及物业服务纠纷的解决具有现实指导意义。今天我就从物业服务合同入手，以律师的视角，解读相关规定中的新亮点。
