云德品牌再创新

为响应国家发展战略，更好地服务于中心城市建设，让云德品牌实现“立足陕西、辐射全国、走向世界”的目标，2020年伊始，在丁云波主任的带领下，云德核心团队高屋建瓴，研究政策，提前布局，提出了“城市合伙人”也是律所和律师共同成长体现的新口号，集聚行业智慧，勇抓发展机遇。2020年8月28日，该所在省外挂牌成立分所——云德（成都）律师事务所，在成都市环球中心正式对外办公。11月6日，云德（南京）律师事务所在南京市紫峰大厦正式成立。目前，云德律所正在郑州、北京、深圳、武汉、重庆、上海、兰州等国家中心城市筹办分所，形成独具特色的城市合伙人发展规划。通过城市合伙人扩大律所的品牌影响力，激发出全体云德人蓬勃进取的活力与激情。

党建引领开新局

云德律所党总支充分发挥党建引领作用，结合律所发展实际，注重培养80后党员律师成为业务骨干，在公共案源、晋升培养、推介宣传等方面给予倾斜，2018年已将12名青年律师确定为入党积极分子。近年来，该所被授予“省直规范化法律援助工作部”“省级优秀律师事务所”等称号，党总支被表彰为“省级先进基层党组织”和“五星级党支部”。

2018年9月29日，在省、市委组织部社会组织处和律师行业党委的指导下，云德律所联合6家律所和企业开展共建共创双赢党建启动仪式，开创了陕西省“两新”（新经济组织和新社会组织）联建共管促党建的先河。

云德律所坚持对青年律师严管厚爱，认真落实《律师事务所党组织工作规范（试行）》，经过不懈努力，云德律所党建品牌日益彰显，业务水平不断提升，律师队伍不断壮大。

“党建+公益”是该所党建品牌的特色。云德律所增强党建活力，引导律师在党组织领导下有计划、有组织、有针对性地为群众办实事、解难题，为社会公益事业作贡献。在公益路上，云德律所从未停止过公益的脚步。

2017年、2018年、2019年、2020年连续4年，云德律所党总支组织志愿者无偿献血，律所60余名青年律师和30余名党员律师积极参加活动，被中央政府网、新华社等媒体广泛报道。

2018年2月6日，陕西省司法厅律师管理处处长、镇坪县阳河村党支部第一书记郝茂成，阳河村扶贫干部李榜勇代表阳河村党支部和阳河村村民委员会向云德律所党支部颁发《社会扶贫爱心证书》，并送上“牵线搭桥真扶贫公益担当暖人心”锦旗，对云德律所党支部给予该村的扶贫帮扶表示衷心感谢。

2018年8月29日，云德律所积极参与“阳河村教育扶贫计划”，担当社会责任，该所党员律师多次为贫困地区群众以及贫困家庭捐款，积极参加律师法律援助活动。
