立案管辖就是指民事诉讼法规定的具体案件由哪个法院审理的问题，管辖对诉讼权益的影响不仅体现在诉讼成本方面，也可能直接影响到案件诉讼的结果。案件处理中见到不少因为管辖权问题碰壁的客户，也遇到了被告利用管辖权恶意拖延的时间的情况……利用好管辖权，有时候起到事半功倍的效果。

Jurisdiction refers to the question of which court will hear the specific case stipulated in the civil procedure Law. Jurisdiction not only affects the litigation costs, but also may directly affect the outcome of the lawsuit. In the handling of the case, we have seen many clients hit a wall because of the jurisdiction issue, and also encountered the situation that the defendant used the jurisdiction to maliciously delay the time... Make good use of jurisdiction, sometimes get twice the result with half the effort.

民事诉讼的管辖是指各级人民法院和同级人民法院之间，受理第一审民事案件的分工和权限。它是在人民法院系统内部划分和确定某级或者同级中的某个人民法院对某一民事案件行使审判权的问题。将人民法院主管的民事案件，在法院组织系统内部确定其对第一审民事案件的审判权限，才能使人民法院依法主管的民事案件得以落实。

Jurisdiction in civil proceedings refers to the division of labor and jurisdiction over civil cases of first instance between the people's courts at all levels and the people's courts at the same level. It is a question of dividing and determining a people's court at a certain level or at the same level to exercise jurisdiction over a civil case within the people's court system. Only by determining within the organizational system of the people's court the jurisdiction over civil cases of first instance, can the civil cases in charge of the people's court be implemented in accordance with the law.

级别管辖

级别管辖是指各级人民法院之间受理第一审民事案件的权限和分工。

1）一般的案件，由基层人民法院管辖（一般是县级人民法院、区人民法院或者县级市的人民法院）第一审民事案件。

2）中级人民法院管辖：（一）重大涉外案件；（二）在本辖区有重大影响的案件；（三）最高人民法院确定由中级人民法院管辖的案件。

3）高级人民法院管辖的案件，高级人民法院管辖在本辖区有重大影响的第一审民事案件。

最高人民法院管辖下列第一审民事案件：（一）在全国有重大影响的案件；（二）认为应当由本院审理的案件。

Level jurisdiction refers to the jurisdiction and division of labor among the people's courts at all levels for accepting civil cases of first instance.

1) Ordinary cases shall be under the jurisdiction of the basic people's courts (generally the people's courts at the county level, the district people's courts or the people's courts at the county level) for civil cases of first instance.

2) Jurisdiction of the Intermediate People's Court:(1) major foreign-related cases; (2) cases that have a significant impact on their respective jurisdictions; (3) Cases determined by the Supreme People's Court to be under the jurisdiction of the intermediate people's courts.

3）The higher People's courts shall have jurisdiction as courts of first instance over civil cases that have great influence in their respective areas of jurisdiction：(1) Cases that have great national impact; (2) cases which the court thinks should hear.

地域管辖

地域管辖是指不同地区的同级人民法院之间受理第一审民事案件的权限和分工。地域管辖的一般原则是，原告就被告的原则，即由被告住所地的人民法院。

Regional jurisdiction refers to the jurisdiction and division of labor for accepting civil cases of first instance between people's courts at the same level in different regions. The general principle of territorial jurisdiction is the principle of plaintiff versus defendant, that is, the people's court where the defendant has his domicile.
