会议伊始，云德律所丁云波主任结合本次座谈会主题提到，在人才培养方面，时代在变，思维在变，现在的年轻律师是与以往70年代、80年代不一样的新一代律师，但不变的是律师行业仍需“传帮带”。云德律所始终秉持这一行业传承理念，通过系统化的培训机制培养青年律师实实在在做人、兢兢业业做事的品质。另外，在人才交流方面，鉴于律师行业转所的时候存在律师与原所，新所与原所可能存在的一些矛盾，云德律所在这方面一直是鼓励人才发展，支持年轻人创业，希望经过今天的交流，为行业的人才流动进行探索，实现良性互动、有序流动，为律师行业的健康发展不断注入正能量。华格律所李涵宇主任在发言时首先表达了感谢，自己在云德实习，在云德执业成长，感谢云德律所以及丁云波主任在其创办律所期间给予的大力支持与帮助，今天再次以这样的方式“回家”，感到非常温暖和感动，并表示今后不管在律所管理还是律师培养上会继续发扬云德“传帮带”的优良传统，坚守初心，好好奋斗。
