5月22日下午18:30，云德律师事务所特邀陕西省高院高级法官赵建民通过腾讯会议线上解读新民事诉讼证据规则。该新规则主要涉及当事人举证、证据的调查收集和保全、举证时限与证据交换、质证、证据的审核认定及其他方面，赵建民法官详细解读了此次新证据规则中的重要变化以及热点问题，以及新民事诉讼证据规定的背景意义、主要内容和应当注意的问题等。云德律所采取线上线下相结合的授课方式，云德律师学院、204会议室同步开课的方式保证每一位律师都能够参与学习。

At the beginning of the training, judge ZhaoJianmin emphasized that the new rules of evidence should not only be deleted oradded based on the comparison between the new rules and the old rules, butshould be combined with the amendment decision and the interpretation of thecivil litigation law to understand the meaning behind the new rules.
