【云德活动】无青年、不云德；无奋斗、不青春，云德新经济中心走进绿水青山牛背梁

平凡的我们，因为遇见而变得不平凡。团建，让我们更加友爱的在一起，2020年5月17日，云德新经济中心走进牛背梁国家森林公园，这里集“奇、险、清、幽”于一体，汇“峰、瀑溪、林”于一地，在这里我们欢聚一堂、对酒当歌，共享人生喜悦。

4月20日下午，习近平总书记来到秦岭深处的陕西省商洛市柞水县秦岭牛背梁国家级自然保护区考察调研秦岭生态保护情况，随即这里成了社会关注的焦点。总书记看过的牛背梁“长”啥样？陕西牛背梁国家级自然保护区1987年建立，是以保护国家一级保护动物羚牛及其栖息地为主的森林和野生动物类型自然保护区。

On the afternoon of April 20, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the Qinling niubeiliang national nature reserve in Zhashui County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province, which is deep in the Qinling Mountains. General secretary has seen the cattle back beam "long" what kind of? Established in 1987, Niubeiliang national nature reserve in Shaanxi Province is a nature reserve for forest and wildlife types that mainly protects animals takins and their habitats.

区内植被垂直分布带谱明显、生物多样性丰富，是开展科学研究、生态环境教育、教学实习的较好基地，这也是此次我们选择前往牛背梁自然保护区去感受、去学习的重要原因。绿水青山，就是金山银山，习近平总书记一直强调生态环境保护的重要性，坚持人与自然和谐共生，作为个人，我们必须要树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念。

活动当天，不仅是大家团结协作、不放弃不抛弃的精神鼓舞人心，奉献精神和为他们着想的服务意识更受益终生，也很庆幸自己能够快速融入活动中，在有需要的角落尽自己的一份力量。

由陌生到熟悉或许对于部分人而言，需要一段时间，而团建无疑大大缩短了这些时间，但是我们需要的不只是生活里的熟悉，更需要的是由此而产生的工作默契，或许是工作思路的熟悉，或许是1+1>2的成果飞跃，或许是团队协作的力量。

As individuals, we must establish and practice the concept that green mountains and clear water are golden hills and rich mountains.

On the day of the activity, not only was the spirit of unity and cooperation, not to give up and not to give up inspiring, the spirit of dedication and the sense of service for them benefited for the rest of their lives, but also I was glad that I could quickly integrate into the activity and do my part in the corner where there was need.

从来没有想到，一次外出团建活动给了我们这么多的感受和收获，在生活中，我们往往要做出很多抉择，有些抉择需要的是勇气。在事业上，我们往往去面对很多机遇，把握机遇需要的是决心。越出窘迫后的海阔天空是令人向往的，但是否有勇气和决心迈出至关重要的一步也是很重要的，经历这一切之后，你会发现人的潜能真的是很巨大的。团建是什么?团建是石，可以敲出星星之火;团建是火，可以点燃希望之灯!团建是灯，可以照亮前进之路;团建是路，伴随我们走向成功!
