【云德资讯】助力生态环境建设┃云德律师入选陕西省生态环境律师服务团

为了认真贯彻习近平总书记来陕考察重要讲话重要指示精神，充分发挥律师在环境保护中的职能作用，为生态环境建设提供优质法律服务，促进陕西省建设美好生态环境。陕西省司法厅、省律师协会决定成立陕西省生态环境律师服务团，并于2020年5月13日在陕西律师网发布了通知，我所创始人丁云波主任、执行主任胡小青律师、律师学院院长荆孟强律师入选服务团成员，助力我省生态环境建设。

In order to earnestly implement the importantguiding spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on inspectionin Shaanxi, give full play to the role of lawyers in environmental protection,provide quality legal services for ecological environment construction, andpromote the construction of a better ecological environment in Shaanxiprovince. The department of justice of Shaanxi province and the provinciallawyers association decided to set up the Shaanxi Eco-environmental lawyersservice group, and issued a notice on the Shaanxi lawyers network on May 13,2020. Ding Yunbo, the founder of the law firm, Hu Xiaoqing, the executivedirector, and Jing Mengqiang, the dean of the law school, were selected asmembers of the service group to help the ecological environment construction ofour province.

丁云波，男，汉族，陕西西安人，中共党员。陕西云德律师事务所创始人，党总支书记，主任，高级合伙人。西安财经大学客座教授，西安培华学院客座教授，西北大学法律硕士专业学位研究生校外导师，西安民间金融协会副会长，陕西省法学会能源法学研究会第二届理事会常务理事，婚姻家庭研究会常务理事，陕西合肥之友理事会常务理事，陕西省律师协会文体专门委员会主任，西安仲裁委仲裁员。

所获荣誉：全国律师行业优秀党员；陕西省法律援助先进个人；陕西省优秀党务工作者；荣获2018年度“陕西省法律援助先进个人”荣誉称号；2019年度荣获“陕西十大法治人物”荣誉称号；陕西省“十佳顾问律师”。

Visiting Professor of the Xi'an Peihua University, the tutor of Master of Laws degree in Northwest University, Vice President of Xi'an Private Finance Association, Executive Director of the Second Council of the Energy Law Research Association of Shaanxi Law Society, Executive Director of the Marriage and Family Research Association, Executive Director of the Friends of Hefei Council of Shaanxi Province, Chairman of the Special Cultureand Sports Committee of Shaanxi Bar Association, Arbitrator of Xi'an Arbitration Commission.

执行主任胡小青

云德律所党总支副书记，执行主任，高级合伙人，西北大学法学硕士专业学位研究生校外导师，西安财经大学客座教授，西安培华学院客座教授，2016年获陕西省律师协会优秀党员，现任西安市衡阳商会副会长，合肥之友陕西理事会常务理事，陕西省湖南商会理事，陕西省民法学会理事，陕西省婚姻法学会常务理事，陕西省法学会卫生法学研究会常务理事。

Hu Xiaoqing, graduated from the Northwest University Law School, get a master's degree of civil and commercial law. The party deputy secretary, senior partner, executive director, the chief lawyer of the foreign company legal affairs department, the director of the New Economic Center of the Yunde Law Firm. He is the External tutor for master of law graduate students of the Northwest University , the visiting professor of the Xi 'an University of Finance and Economics and the visiting professor of Xi 'an Peihua University. Excellent party member of Shaanxi Provincial Lawyers Association in 2016. He is the vice President of Hengyang chamber of commerce in the Xi 'an city, the executive director of Hefei-Shaanxi Council, the executive director of Shaanxi-Hunan chamber of commerce, the executive director of Shaanxi Province Civil Law Society, the Shaanxi Province Marriage Law Society, and the Shaanxi Province Law Society Health Law Society.
