Q: Hello, President chang. It is my great honor to invite you to attend the first Dean's forum of the Yunde Law School. I would like to ask you to talk about your feelings on the theme of today's forum, "Elite lawyer seminar -- from ordinary to extraordinary".

A：丁主任在致辞中提到律师是创业者，今天是云德律所走在下一个十年的起点，也是云德律师学院十年的起点，那我们今天的精英律师的成长，从平凡到卓越，那从律师学院走出去的还是律师中的一员，将成为精英律师。云德律所给律师的目标是每个人都要向精英迈入，以精英的标准要求自己，丁主任能够当选十大法治人物，也是律师界唯一当选的一位，我认为精英律师就是丁主任这样的，云德所能以精英律师要求每位律师，并且组织向今天这样的论坛，我觉得丁主任是抱着学习的心态的，今天也来了学术界、司法界、商会等各行业的专业人士，今天的论坛一定能取得成功，云德律所也将走上一个新的台阶。

Q：您在法院工作三十多年，想请您从法官的角度谈谈对律师的看法。

Q: You have worked in the court for more than 30 years.I'd like to ask you to talk about your view of lawyers from the judge's point of view.

A：我从事法院工作三十多年，认识的律师很多，工作期间我还没有到过一家律师事务所。一直讲法官和律师是职业共同体，联系还是比较多的，但是我真正接触律师事务所还是在我退休之后，现在在百度上查询律师是一个行业，是服务行业，现在的司法改革中，我觉得律师是改革最彻底的，我们过去的律师事务所的官方色彩，是公务员，现在让你们律师走进系统内，你们也不愿意，现在市场化的情况下，给律师事务所提供了更广阔的空间，但是现在也存在很多律师事务所就是几个人办个照，也没有任何管理，我觉得这类律所就是“开票所”，导致很多人认为律师就是开个庭、挣钱，输赢不管，甚至还有些律师官司输了，给当事人说这个法官在胡闹，这样的律师事务所的发展不下去的。我到云德之后，我对云德是从内心的敬重，云德所不仅保留了最早时期律师事务所的管理，更是一种创新性的管理模式，我在金融仲裁院和云德律所办过几次活动之后，让我震撼的是云德律所不仅在办案流程上要求民事案件三十项、刑事案件三十九项，而且还有油补、五险一金、考勤等，更富有特色的是成立了自己的律师学院，我觉得这在全国都是首创，坚持对青年律师的培养。我觉得任何一个平凡的人在云德律所的熔炉里，在这个环境的影响下、培养模式的培养下也会成为一个不平凡的人。

After I go to the winder, my esteem for the winder is from the heart, the winder has not only kept the earliest law firm management, is an innovative management mode, I in the financial arbitration court and winder law service a few times, let me shock is Yunde Law Firm are not only in the civil cases 30 items required in the process of handling the case and criminal case 39 items, and oil filling, five social insurance and one housing fund, attendance, etc., more distinctive is set up his own law school, I think this is the first in the whole country, adhere to the cultivation of young lawyers. I think any ordinary person in the melting pot of Yunde Law Firm, under the influence of this environment and the cultivation mode, will also become an extraordinary person.

Q：感谢您对于云德律所的认可，您对云德律所的人才培养模式有哪些建议？

Q: Thank you for your recognition of Yunde Law Firm. What suggestions do you have for the talent training model of Yunde Law Firm?

A：最近我也在看热播的《精英律师》，我觉得云德律所首先应当继续坚持现在对于着装、谈吐的培养，从形式上看上去更像精英律师；其次，是坚持对精英律师的追求，云德律所给每个人的目标是向精英出发、向精英迈进，以精英的工作态度、职业修养来要求自己，把简单的长期做下去就不简单、把平凡的事长期做下去就不平凡；第三，律师在未来发展有广阔的空间，市场需要律师、企业需要律师，云德律师应当坚持国际化视野，目前西安在建立法律规范示范区，云德律师应当抓住机遇发展；最后，坚持履行社会责任，现在我们金融仲裁院、西安民间金融协会和云德律师事务所在碑林法院组成了100人的调解员队伍，希望云德律师以此在化解社会矛盾中发挥律师的专业素养，追求法律效果和社会效果的统一。
