参加云德律师学院首届院长论坛，有幸聆听了来自各个法学院院长及各行业大咖对于精英律师培养心得及建议，可谓是受益匪浅。根据调查，我国现有近50万律师，且根据司法部发布的《全面深化司法行政改革纲要（2018-2022）》目标，2022年，全国律师总数须达到62万人。同时，随着人工智能的全速发展，部分可被复制的低端法律服务可能也会被人工智能所替代，律师业的竞争也将更加激烈。对于客户来讲，所需的不再单单是拥有律师执业证的律师，而需要的是全方位发展的精英律师。

I have benefited a lot from attending the First Dean's Forum of the Yunde Law School and got much experience and suggestions on training elite lawyers from various law school deans and leading experts in various industries. According to the survey, there are nearly 500,000 lawyers in China, and according to the Ministry of Justice's guideline for “Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Judicial Administration (2018-2022)”, the total number of lawyers in the country should reach 620,000 by 2022. At the same time, with the full development of artificial intelligence, some low-end legal services can be copied may be replaced by artificial intelligence, and the competition in the legal industry will become more fierce. For clients, what is needed is not only lawyers with lawyers' license, but an all-round development of elite lawyers.

1、精英律师必须具备全方位的知识结构

律师应当具备全方位的知识结构。首先，精英律师必须具有广博的知识，而且这些知识必须是多领域的，包括政治、经济、科技、人文、教育、宗教等等；其次，精英律师对法律的理解和运用必须深刻，不仅要了解法律条文，要懂法律知识，更要知法理，具备运用法律解决一切问题的能力。

1.Elite lawyers must have a comprehensive knowledge structure

A lawyer should have a comprehensive knowledge structure. First of all, elite lawyers must have a wide range of knowledge, and this knowledge must be in many fields, including politics, economics, science and technology, humanities, education, religion and so on; Secondly, elite lawyers must have a profound understanding and application of the law, not only to understand the legal provisions, to understand the legal knowledge, but also to know the legal theory, with the ability to use the law to solve all problems.

2、精英律师必须必定成为一块拥有专业技能的“砖”

精英律师必须做到，每个行业都知晓，每个行业都细作，成为客户的一块掌握法律知识且拥有专业技能的“砖”，作为精英律师以下几点是必须做到的：

⑴要有较高的外语水平，掌握丰富的其他行业知识，可以做到跨界。

⑵要有较强的口头表达能力。

⑶要有缜秘的逻辑思维和灵活的应变能力。

⑷要有一定的文学修养及文字表达能力。

⑸要有良好的公关和人际交往能力。

⑹要有健康的心理素质。

精英律师第一要务是全方位发展。

2. Elite lawyers must be a "brick" with professional skills

Elite lawyer must do, every industry knows, every industry is detailed, become a client to master legal knowledge and professional skills of the "brick", as an elite lawyer must do the following:

①Having a high level of foreign language, master a wealth of knowledge of other industries, can cross the border.

②Having strong verbal skills.

③Having deep logical thinking and flexibility.

④Must have certain literature accomplishment and the word expression ability.

⑤Good public relations and interpersonal skills.

⑥Having a healthy psychological quality.

The top priority of elite lawyers is all-round development.
