In 2018, she awarded the "Special Contribution Award" of Yunde Law Firm, in 2019, she awarded the title of Provincial Excellent Communist Party Member, and the paper "Research and Practice of Equity Incentive System in China" jointly written with Director Ding Yunbo awarded the first prize in the 2018 essay-writing activity of Shaanxi Law Society's Enterprise Economy and Rule of Law Research Association. She served as the host of the 2019 Law Firm Management Forum of Yunde Law Firm and the host of the 2019 Large-scale New Year's Party of Guanghua College of Management of Peking University.

Attending the first Presidents' Forum of Yunde Law Firm, I had the honor to listen to the insights of all Presidents and guests on elite lawyers. My mood could not calm down for a long time. Mr. Jiang Ping once said: "A good lawyer should have the characteristics of a politician, a legal expert, a social activist and a businessman." For young people, we have been exploring countermeasures on how to stand out among many lawyers who have started to practice, how to carry out strategic transformation and business innovation from outstanding to excellence, and from macro to micro.
云德律所的青年律师具有三个特色：执行力强，有责任有担当。面对困难和考验时，绝大多数都能做到比别人更努力，比别人更用心，比别人更持久，比别人更尽责。但是仅此还不够。传统的师父带徒弟的教授方法，难以突破其局限性，显然已经不能适应时代发展呼应的更高端的法律服务需求。如果只是单纯地靠个案进行积累经验，以期量变达到质变，充其量只能做到个人层次的优秀。
The young lawyers of Yunde Law Firm have three characteristics: strong execution, matured and responsibility. In the face of difficulties and tests, the vast majority can work harder than others, work harder than others, last longer than others, and fulfill more responsibilities than others. But this alone is not enough. What makes us go further? As mentioned by Director Hu Xiaoqing of Yunde Law Firm in the previous series of articles, elite lawyers are a combination of political lawyers, academic lawyers and commercial lawyers. From outstanding to excellence, in addition to making a mark in political participation, academic research and commercial activities, making intensive efforts and gaining a reputation, we should also take the work of lawyers as one's own career. It is better to love what you do than to love the money it brings. Think of work as practice and quality as life. Think of tasks as careers and word of mouth as personality. Diversification of Value, Do not forget your initiative mind, adherence to Professional Accomplishment and do not cross the red line of the border.
文学使人有情怀，历史使人有借鉴，哲学使人有智慧，宗教使人有敬畏。你的人生经验、文化品位、使命追求、精神境界最终会形成你个人的社会标签与独特价值。战略统筹布局科学合理，情怀担当放大格局，学术成果示范带动，精神薪火相传永不息。这才是精英律师的社会化路径。
Literature makes people have feelings, history makes people learn from models, philosophy makes people have wisdom, and religion makes people have fear. Your life experience, cultural taste, mission pursuit and spiritual realm will eventually form your personal social label and unique value. The overall layout of the strategy is scientific and reasonable, the feelings are enlarged, the academic achievements are demonstrated and driven, and the spirit is passed on from generation to generation.
