    1月17日，西安财经大学法学院客座教授聘任仪式在云德律师学院成功举行。

    On January 17, the appointment ceremony of visiting professors at the Law School of Xi'an University of Finance and Economics was successfully held at Yunde Law College.

    西安财经大学法学院副院长聂洪涛、民商法学系主任王宏选博士、经济法学系主任王景龙博士以及云德律所创始人丁云波主任、执行主任胡小青、政府法律事务部首席律师王丽霞、财税法律事务部首席律师尹茜、商事法律事务部首席律师田珺、金融投资部执业律师吴军、涉外公司法律事务部执业律师董伟、胡瑜芝及云德律师学院部分律师出席了本次仪式。

    仪式上，云德律所丁云波主任首先对各位老师的再次的到来表示热烈的欢迎，随后丁主任就现在的法学现状进行分析，表示中国律师行业中对于财税专业律师目前整体非常的紧缺，从全国来看能胜任财税专业的律师都是寥寥无几，希望双方通过此次合作能够将财税和法学相融合，共同培养出更多的财税律师，使得双方的合作发展能够更进一步。

    At the ceremony, Director Ding Yunbo of Yunde Law Firm first expressed warmly welcome to all the teachers for coming again. Then Director Ding analyzed the current legal situation, He said that there is a very short supply of fiscal and taxation lawyers in China's lawyer industry as a whole, and there are very few lawyers who can be competent for fiscal and taxation. He hoped that the two sides can integrate fiscal and taxation and law through secondary cooperation, and jointly train more fiscal and taxation lawyers, so that the cooperation between the two sides can further develop.

    为充分发挥律师司法实践经验丰富，实践能力较强的优势，切实提高西安财经大学法学专业的教育质量和培养水平，全面提升学生的法律实践素养，西安财经大学法学院特聘请丁云波、胡小青作为西安财经大学法学院的客座教授。并由王宏选博士宣读聘任决议与名单，聂洪涛教授为客座教授颁发聘任证书。

Dr. Wang Hongxuan read out the appointment resolution and list, and Professor Nie Hongtao issued the appointment certificate to the visiting professor.

    随后双方对于今后的教学和发展也进行了深度的探讨，丁主任并就目前在校法学生与精英律师之间存在的差距提出一些建议，从源头抓起，能够让更多的学生尽早适应社会发展，早日实现梦想！
