    巨擘论辩晓事理，赛场争锋起风雨。“云德杯”西北政法大学第四届英文模拟法庭竞赛总决赛于2019年11月30日18:30在西北政法大学长安校区AJ14教室举办。云德律所高级合伙人、党总支副书记胡小青律师以及自由贸易区法律事务部首席、行政总监刘醒律师出席本次决赛。

    The giant debates and understands the reason, the competition field contends the wind and rain. The final of the 4th English Moot Court Competition of Northwest University of Political Science and Law was held at 18:30 on November 30, 2019 in Room AJ14, Chang'an Campus of Northwest University of Political Science and Law. Lawyer Hu Xiaoqing, Senior Partner and Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of Yunde Law Firm, and Lawyer Liu Xing, Chief and Administrative Director of the Legal Department of the Free Trade Zone, attended the final.

    法学博士，获得中国政法大学学士、香港中文大学硕士（LLM）和中国社科院研究生院博士学位。西北政法大学行政法学院讲师，曾任日本东北大学法学院助教，获得日本政府JASSO奖学金项目，参编专著、教材2部。

刘醒

    诉讼法学硕士，中共党员，陕西云德律师事务所自由贸易区法律事务部首席律师，贵州民族大学硕士研究生实务导师，陕西省法学会卫生法学研究会理事。

    本次模拟法庭的辩题为被判处终身监禁的囚犯是否享有人工生育权，如何在个人权利和涉及公共利益的监狱安全问题中寻找突破点，生育的自主性、国家和监狱的法律政策规定、生育权的保护等都是辩论的焦点。四组决赛选手从初赛开始，一路角逐而来，从无从下手到体系构建，从直觉使然到法律分析，从感性思维到有理有据，他们用英文激扬辩论，展示风采，无论结果如何，他们都是自己的冠军。

    The topic of this moot court is whether prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment enjoy artificial reproductive rights, how to find a breakthrough in individual rights and prison security issues involving public interests, the autonomy of childbearing, national and prison laws and policies, and the protection of reproductive rights are the focus of debate. From the beginning of the preliminary competition, the finalists of the four groups competed all the way from inaction to system construction, from intuition to legal analysis, from perceptual thinking to justification.They stirred up debate and showed their elegance in English, and regardless of the result, they were all champions of their own.

    经过两场角逐，总决赛竞赛落下帷幕，云德律所高级合伙人、党总支副书记胡小青律师作为点评嘉宾，表达了对优秀学子的赞扬，其充分肯定了模拟法庭竞赛在教学环节中的重要意义，既可以锻炼学生的辩驳能力和法律运用能力，又能为将来想要从事律师行业奠定实践基础。

    After two contests, The finals are over, Lawyer Hu Xiaoqing, senior partner of Yunde Law Firm and deputy secretary of the General Party Branch, expressed his appreciation for the excellent students, which fully affirmed the importance of mock court competition in the teaching link, which not only can train students' ability of refutation and legal application, but also can lay a practical foundation for future lawyers.

    云德首创“律师学院”，将模拟法庭作为实习律师的重点培养手段，其设置理念与本次竞赛一致，旨在充分培养实习律师语言表达能力、辩驳能力以及法律实践的运用能力，通过不断地模拟练习熟悉多种类案件的办案技巧，提高法庭辩驳能力，实现执业以后角色的快速转变。

    Yunde Law Firm pioneered the “Inn of court", The Moot Court will be used as a key training tool for trainee lawyers, The design idea is consistent with this competition, aiming to fully develop the language expression ability, refutation ability and legal practice ability of trainee lawyers, through continuous simulation practice familiar with various types of case handling skills, improve the court refutation ability, realize the rapid change of role after practicing.
