【云德资讯】崇尚法治和谐 彰显法治力量云德律所主任丁云波当选2019年陕西“十大法治人物”

     为弘扬法治精神，树立法治典型，推进建设更高水平法治陕西，近日，省委依法治省办、省委宣传部、省委政法委、省委普法办、省司法厅、省法学会共同举办的2019年陕西省“十大法治人物”评选揭晓。云德律所主任丁云波成功当选并出席颁奖礼，成为陕西省律师行业唯一当选的“十大法治人物”。这也是丁云波主任暨成为全国律师行业优秀党员、陕西省法律援助先进个人、陕西省十佳顾问律师后获得的又一荣誉。

    In order to carry forward the spirit of rule of law, set up a model of rule of law, and promote the construction of a higher level of rule of law in Shaanxi Province, the Provincial Party Committee recently announcedthe selection of the "Top Ten Rule of Law Personalities" in Shaanxi Province in 2019, jointly organized by the Provincial Party Committee, the provincial party Committee's propaganda department, the Provincial Party Committee's political and legal committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Law Popularization Office, the Provincial Judicial Department, and the provincial law society. Ding Yunbo, director of Yunde Law Firm, was elected and attendedthe award ceremony, becoming the only "Top Ten Legal Personalities" in Shaanxi Province. This is also another honor for Director Ding Yunbo after he became an outstanding member of the national lawyer profession, an advanced individual in legal aid in Shaanxi Province, and one of the top ten consulting lawyers in Shaanxi Province.

崇尚法治和谐，西北首创律师调解新模式，做“律师调解宣传员”

    2018年12月，为积极贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于完善矛盾纠纷多元化解机制的意见》和最高人民法院、司法部《关于开展律师调解试点工作的意见》相关文件精神，促进多元化纠纷解决体系的建立，丁云波主任与当地人民法院多次研究座谈，联合建立了西北首家驻法院律师调解工作室。

    In December 2018, in order to actively implement the spirit of the Opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on improving the Pluralistic Resolution Mechanism of Conflicts and Disputesand the Opinions of the Supreme People's Court and the Ministry of Justice on Lawyers' Mediation Pilot Work, In order to promote the establishment of adiversified dispute resolution system, Director Ding Yunbo held several research discussions with the local People's Court and jointly established thefirst court-based lawyer mediation studio in Northwest China.

    为顺应当前完善社会治理、构建和谐社会形势下，丁云波主任带领他创办的云德律所率先成立了西北首家商务调解中心，极力打造“枫桥经验”的律师版，为律师作为第三方主体主持调解提供范本和服务模式。

    Inorder to conform to the current situation of improving social governance and building a harmonious society, Director Ding Yunbo led the Yunde Law Firm founded to set up the first Commercial Mediation Center in Northwest China, striving to create a lawyer version of "Fengqiao Experience", providing a model and service model for lawyers as the third-party main body to conduct mediation.

    At the same time, Director Ding Yunbo actively explored new modes of mediation and independent mediation in arbitration, led a team of nearly 100 lawyers to participate in the systematic training of arbitration mediators and archivists, guided commercial cooperative enterprises to resolve disputes through arbitration or independent mediation in the process of providing legal services, and promoted the healthy development of enterprises.

践行行业使命，勇担社会责任，谱写公益新篇章

    丁云波主任始终认真落实党的十九大和省司法厅、省律协关于精准扶贫相关部署要求。在管好业务发展的同时，发挥自身优势，勇担律师行业政治使命和社会责任，积极响应国家精准扶贫要求，积极参加全省律师“两认两帮”法律扶贫主题实践活动，多次走进大巴山深处的镇坪县曾家镇阳河村，助力阳河村产业发展。当地政府为其颁发《社会扶贫爱心证书》，并送上“牵线搭桥真扶贫 公益担当暖人心”锦旗。从2017年开始，丁云波主任组织律师同行、社会各界人士连续三年开展无偿献血，至今已有千余名爱心人士参加活动，被中央政府网、新华社等多家权威媒体广泛报道。

    Director Ding Yunbo has always conscientiously implemented the requirements of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Provincial Judicial Departments and Provincial Law Associations on precise arrangements for poverty alleviation. While managing the business development, we should give full play to our own advantages, shoulder the political mission and social responsibility of the lawyer profession, respond to the national requirements for precise poverty alleviation, actively participate in the legal poverty alleviation activities of "two recognitions and two ways for help" of lawyers in the whole province, and repeatedly enter Yanghe Village, Zengjia Town, Zhenping County, in the depths of Daba Mountain, to promote the industrial development of Yanghe Village. The local government issued the "Certificate of Social Poverty Alleviation Love", and sent the "Matching and Bridging True Poverty Alleviation Commonweal Responsibility Warm People's Hearts" banner. Since 2017, Director Ding Yunbo has organized lawyers and people from all walks of life to carry out unpaid blood donation for three consecutive years.
