【云德资讯】走进校园 律师授课——律师必备实务技能之法律检索

    12月10日下午，西安培华学院人文与国际教育学院法学专业实务导师、陕西云德律师事务所律师赵晓川受邀为西安培华学院为法学生们进行了一次现场法律实务授课。授课主题为“律师必备实务技能——法律检索”。

    On the afternoon of December 10, 2019, Lawyer Zhao Xiaochuan, a legal practice tutor from Xi'an Peihua University of Humanities and International Education and a lawyer from Shaanxi Yunde Law Firm, was invited to give an on-site legal practice lecture to law students from Xi'an Peihua University. The theme of the lecture is "Lawyers' Necessary Practical Skills-Legal Search".

    法律检索能力是律师实务中必须掌握的一项能力，对于律师来说不仅是律师核心工作之一，同时也是能够帮助律师准确寻找到解决法律问题的法律依据，更精准地为当事人服务。赵晓川律师主要从律师法律检索能力的作用、律师的哪些工作需要法律检索、法律检索的内容与方法以及法律检索的技巧几个大方面向同学们逐一详细介绍，同学们热情高涨，认真听讲。

    Legal retrieval ability is a ability that lawyers must master in practice. For lawyers, it is not only one of the core work of lawyers, but also can help lawyers to accurately find the legal basis to solve legal problems and serve the parties more accurately. Lawyer Zhao Xiaochuan mainly introduced to the students in detail one by one from the following aspects: the role of lawyers' legal retrieval ability, which work lawyers need legal retrieval, the contents and methods of legal retrieval, and the skills of legal retrieval. The students were enthusiastic and listened carefully.

    随后赵晓川律师在法律图书馆、元典智库、中国裁判文书网等网站通过实际操作为同学们现场展示如何进行快速且有效的法律检索。并且通过实际的案例指导同学们如何从中提取法律关系，如何寻找关键词进行法律检索。

    Later, Lawyer Zhao Xiaochuan showed students how to carry out fast and effective legal retrieval through practical operations on websites such as the Law Library, Yuandian Think Tank and China Judicial Documents Network. And through actual cases to guide students how to extract legal relations and how to find keywords for legal retrieval.

    课程结束后，赵晓川律师和同学们进行了互动，同学们向赵律师提出了自己对律师行业的一些疑问、交流了通过本节课学习的一些感悟。本次授课让同学们感受到了法律技能实操的重要性，了解了律师应该具备的能力。

    After the course, Lawyer Zhao Xiaochuan interacted with the students. The students raised some questions about the lawyer industry to Zhao and exchanged some insights learned through the course. This lecture made the students feel the importance of practical legal skills and understand the abilities that lawyers should possess.

    赵晓川律师，中共党员，男，汉族，毕业于湖南农业大学，获得法学学士学位，陕西云德律师事务所首席律师。西北大学法学院法律硕士研究生校外实务导师，西安培华学院人文与国际教育学院法学专业实务导师。中华全国律师协会会员，陕西律师协会会员。
