    通过同学不乏有志从事律师行业的，那么要想成为一名合格的执业律师，需要具备哪些条件呢：第一，你得通过国家统一法律职业资格考试第二，寻找一家律所，由所在律所向律协申请办理实习证（注意：实习证是律协发的哟，不是司法行政机关哦）第三，实习满一年，通过律协组织的实习律师面试考核，并向司法行政机关递交申请执业的相关材料，由司法行政机关审核后办理律师执业证。

First, you have to pass the national unified legal professional qualification examination.     注意哦！以上仅是说你拿到了律师执业证，但是不一定有案源、有客户、有收入哦，我们说从一名实习律师到一名优秀的执业律师的转变至少需要3-5年的沉淀，甚至更久。在这个过程中有的律师因为长期没有案源、收入没有保障、没有固定客户等等原因可能被市场淘汰（转身投入法务甚至其他行业），此时剩下的即便不是精英可也称得上是合格吧，一句话来概括“伟大是熬出来的”，这就是我们律师前辈通常所讲的“358定律”。哎呀，说了这么多跑偏了，这里云德君想表达什么呢？
