On the morning of June 22, 2024, the first Central Asian Legal Service Private Sharing Conference-"How to Set Up a Company in Uzbekistan in Compliance with Regulations" was successfully held in Yunde Law Firm. Then MS. Ding explained in detail the legal process for the establishment of a company in Uzbekistan. She started with the selection of company names, the determination of registered capital, the selection of shareholders and directors, and explained the precautions and possible legal issues in each link one by one.
