【云德资讯】西安市雁塔区人民法院携手陕西云德律师事务所开展律师调解员培训工作

为积极贯彻落实最高人民法院、司法部《关于开展律师调解试点工作的意见》和陕西省高级人民法院、陕西省司法厅联合印发《关于开展律师调解试点工作实施方案》相关文件精神，健全诉前调解对接工作机制，发扬“枫桥经验”，陕西云德律师事务所作为第三方参与西安市雁塔区人民法院诉前调解工作。

为进一步推动律师调解工作的顺利开展，2020年7月3日，西安市雁塔区雁塔区人民法院立案庭周庆华副庭长、立案庭员额法官张雪芳莅临陕西云德律师事务所，为云德律所的律师调解员开展案件调解注意事项及流程的讲座。

讲座伊始，律所律师学院院长荆孟强律师、公司法律顾问事务部首席律师杨彩虹代表陕西云德律师事务所对周庆华副庭长及张雪芳法官的到来表示热烈欢迎。同时，荆孟强律师从律师调解对纠纷解决的优势、重要性以及律师承担社会责任、公益调解，做好律师调解应当具备的专业技能、社会经验等多方面进行了开篇致辞。
