为践行《习近平总书记在中央全面依法治国工作会议上发表重要讲话》，落实中共陕西云德律师事务所第四党支部与中共陕西曲江新区人才交流有限公司党支部签订的《党组织结对共建协议》，2020年12月25日下午，中共云德律师事务所第四党支部与中共陕西曲江新区人才交流有限公司党支部共同组织开展“依法治企，合规风控”企业法律课堂活动，向各企业普及企业合规管理的法律知识，积极承担服务企业的社会责任，促进企业健康发展。本次课堂邀请到中共陕西云德律师事务所第四党支部书记、云德律师事务所高级合伙人荆孟强律师主讲，共计20余家企业莅临本次活动。

活动伊始，由中共陕西曲江新区人才交流有限公司党支部书记别秦豫开场致辞，其强调本次企业法律课堂活动是陕西云德律师事务所第四党支部与陕西曲江新区人才交流有限公司支部党建联建签约后，启动的首场企业法律课堂活动，期望本次活动能够为企业在合规管理、风险防控等方面提供法律分享。同时指出双方在未来仍将持续推出系列活动，期待更多的企业参与。

At the beginning of the event, Bie Qinyu, Secretary of the Party Branch of Shaanxi Qujiang New Area Talent Exchange Co., Ltd., gave an opening speech, emphasizing that this corporate law class activity was the fourth party branch of Shaanxi Yunde Law Firm and Shaanxi Qujiang New Area Talent Exchange Co., Ltd. After the branch party building joint construction was signed, the first corporate legal classroom activity was launched. It is hoped that this activity can provide legal sharing for enterprises in compliance management, risk prevention and control, etc. At the same time, it was pointed out that the two parties will continue to launch a series of activities in the future, looking forward to more enterprises to participate.

荆孟强律师在本次课堂中，主要向各企业代表普及股权代持、人力合规、融资及对外担保、注册资本认缴制四个板块的相关知识。在融资及对外担保板块主要分享了企业融资担保的有关程序及法律风险和注意事项；在股权代持板块主要分享了股权代持出现的原因、效力以及代持情形下实际出资人和名义股东各自的风险；在人力合规板块，荆律师主要就劳动用工的热点问题进行解读，例如：员工背景调查、劳动合同项下的有关要点以及劳动合同附属的保密协议、竞业限制、服务期等相关知识；在注册资本认缴制板块下，重点分享了投资人风险以及股权转让的有关风险。分享结束后，在场来宾合影留念，纷纷表示受益匪浅。
