2020年6月13日下午，云德金融调解团成立大会暨金融调解室授牌仪式在陕西云德律师事务所曲江文化创意大厦19层成功举办。2020年1月，最高人民法院根据《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于授权最高人民法院在部分地区开展民事诉讼程序繁简分流改革试点工作的决定》下发《民事诉讼程序繁简分流改革试点方案》，要求积极优化司法确认程序，健全特邀调解制度，探索推行电子诉讼和在线审理机制，全面提升司法效能，推动优化法治化营商环境。金融调解室的成立旨在推进金融纠纷多元化解机制建设、维护金融消费者合法权益、是推动经济社会和谐发展、充分化解金融风险的一项有力举措。
