6月12日，受某轨道行业企业邀请，云德律所陈冬杰为该企业开展了云德“民法典宣讲服务团”之《民法典》宣讲第二讲。

陈冬杰律师主要从民法典诞生的背景、民法典的时代性、先进性、科学性讲起，就民法典合同编涉及的近300处修改中广受关注的几大亮点作了重要解读。将生硬条文转换成了熟悉的生活场景，比如“8岁的孩子打赏女主播，巨额打赏能退吗”、关于电子合同成立条件“网络购物哪一次点击才能认定为承诺”等，讲课生动风趣、深入浅出，获得了授课人员的一致好评。
