陕西各地也逐步采用“陕西微庭审”对一些案件采取线上进行了审理。该系统需要通过微信小程序进入“陕西法院微庭审”，输入短信庭审码直接登录，随后输入姓名、身份证号进行人脸识别认证，这样就可以参与在线庭审了。通过这种模式实现了原、被告及诉讼代理人均可居家参与庭审，在疫情防控期间,减少诉讼参与人集聚到法院,实现不同地区当事人同框出庭，开启“屏对屏”审判新模式，确保疫情期间当事人足不出户也能参与庭审，充分实现了防疫、审判两不误。

疫情对刑事案件办理期限有影响吗？我们不必过分担心疫情对诉讼期限的影响。《刑事诉讼法》第一百零五条第四款规定，“期间的最后一日为节假日的，以节假日后的第一日为期满日期，但犯罪嫌疑人、被告人或者罪犯在押期间，应当至期满之日为止，不得因节假日而延长。”这就意味着假期的延长并不会导致羁押期限的延长，羁押期限届满时，不论是否处于假期，都要对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人变更强制措施或者予以释放。
