1、疫情爆发以来，我们众志成城，万众一心，按照党和政府的部署和要求，成立云德所疫情防控指挥组，制定《云德律师事务所疫情防控管理办法》，上下一心，共同抗击疫情，展现出云德人超强的执行力和对客户专业、负责的精神。

2、我们展开线上办公，开展钉钉会议、微信视频、yy直播、远程办公、邮寄文件等方式，对办公环境进行消毒杀菌，尤其引进省内第一台“健康检测机”，在疫情的大背景下，最大程度保护客户和全体云德同仁的办公安全。

3、同时，我们要注意到，根据陕西省各地区法院、检察院、看守所等公检法机关的公告和工作状态来看，公检法机关均已自2020年2月3日起开启线上办公状态，包括网上立案、邮寄立案等。

4、如上，公检法机关均开启办公状态，全体云德同仁要充分认识到自己承办的案件相关期限依然在持续计算，各位律师应当对自己承办的案件与各个机关进行沟通，确保案件的正常进行。如因承办律师未及时与公检法机关沟通、未及时递交材料等，导致案件因上诉期、缴费期、举证期、复议期、再审期等期限已过而发生事故的，需要自行承担责任。科学、有序防控疫情同时，更要时刻惦记自己的职责，时间不等你，期限不等你，程序不等你，案件还在办案机关朝前推进，切记不可以疫情作为“挡箭牌”，没有任何作为！
