1、云德律师事务所已向住所地防疫部门递交《消毒防疫、律所值班申请》，具体对外办公时间以防疫部门批复为准，同时我们会在正式对外办公之前在我所公共平台发布相关通知，同时会有管理律师在政策允许的情况下，在所值班。

2、疫情防控期间，云德律师事务所已根据相关要求定期收集汇总全体工作人员外出行程及身体健康状况，截至目前，本所全体工作人员未出现新型冠状病毒感染或疑似感染病例。同时，为保护我所客户及员工安全，云德律师事务所及时与中国联通联系，引进并安装“多参数健康监测一体机”（该设备提供心电、无创血压、脉搏氧饱和度、脉搏参数、血糖浓度、血氧含量和身体温度等健康检测），成为全省第一家使用医用级防控疫情设备的企事业单位。时刻检测客户及员工的身体健康状态，第一时间发现并预防疫情，为客户和员工的健康安全保驾护航。

3、云德律师事务所已于2020年01月31日起，正式开启“线上云德”服务，通过邮件、微信、微博、远程音视频及网上办公与业务系统等开展各项工作。您的任何法律服务需求，均可通过网络或电话方式联系承办律师，我们将及时安排线上处理与回复。若有特殊情况，确需见面会谈的，我们将在符合疫情防控要求的前提下尽力安排。
