    在忐忑的等待中，终于等到了省律协的“官宣”，我成功通过了陕西省律师协会组织的“魔鬼般”的实习律师面试考核，这一刻是对自己实习期一年的肯定，我成为了一名真正的执业律师，终于可以持证上岗了！惊喜、兴奋过后，感觉到了更多的责任，一份维护当事人合法权益的责任，一份维护社会公平正义的责任，同时，还有我对云德这个大家庭的真挚的感激之情。

   After a long wait, I finally waited for the "Professional Proclamation" of the Provincial Law Association. I successfully passed the interview of the "Devil-like" intern lawyer organized by Shaanxi Lawyers Association. This moment is an affirmation of my internship for one year. I became a real practising lawyer, and finally I can work with a license! After the surprise and excitement, I felt more responsibilities, a responsibility to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, a responsibility to maintain social fairness and justice, and my sincere gratitude to Yunde's family.

    清楚的记得2018年8月6日，我初入云德，第一印象是云德的办公面积超大、律师超多，锦旗、奖章、感谢信随处可见，装修的很诗情画意，高、大、上！

   I clearly remember that on August 6, 2018, when I first entered Yunde Law Firm, my first impression was that had a large office space, many lawyers, pennants, medals and thank-you letters everywhere, and the decoration was poetic, high-end, atmospheric, and grade.

    我被云德的初体验吸引，从2018年8月10日，我正式与云德结缘，在云德开始了我的实习律师之路，从跟随律所的前辈律师一起参与办理的每一个形形色色案件中，感受着律师的魅力，前辈律师们在每一个案件中以实际行动践行着“受人之托、忠人之事”的服务理念！前辈律师们更是毫无保留的指导我、帮助我，从洽谈客户到案件办理再到与办案机关的沟通，前辈律师们在各个细节中“手把手”教我，生怕我的基础不扎实。

   I was attracted by Yunde's first experience, From August 10, 2018, I officially became acquainted with Yunde and started my career as an intern lawyer in Yunde. I felt the charm of lawyers from every various cases handled together with the senior lawyers of the law firm. The senior lawyers practiced the service concept of "being entrusted by others and being loyal to others" with practical actions in every case! The senior lawyers have guided me and helped me without reservation, from negotiating clients to handling cases to communicating with the case-handling organs. The senior lawyers have taught me " instruct in person" in every detail, for fear that my foundation is not solid.

    在云德不仅有可亲可敬的前辈律师们的悉心指导，更有我们实习律师的学习成长园地—云德律师学院。云德律所对实习律师坚持“4.5+1.5”的培养模式，对于实习律师每周四天半跟着前辈律师在案件办理中掌握案件办理技巧，一天半在云德律师学院进行丰富多彩的学习。云德律师学院聘请资深专家律师进行律师实务培训，专家律师结合自身办案经验为我们讲解各项法律实务中可能涉及的问题以及解决方案；在模拟庭审中，聘请退休法官指导庭审，让我们在真实的庭审中，唇枪舌战，提升法庭辩论技巧，提升办案能力；聘请行业专家，为我们开展商务礼仪培训、茶艺培训、红酒品鉴。

   In Yunde Law Firm, there is not only the careful guidance of amiable and honorable senior lawyers, but also the learning and growth garden of our intern lawyers-Yunde Lawyers College. Yunde Law Firm adheres to the "4.5 +1.5" training mode for intern lawyers. For intern lawyers, they follow their predecessors four and a half days a week to master case handling skills in case handling, and conduct rich and colorful studies in Yunde Law College one and a half days a week. Yunde Law College employs senior expert lawyers to carry out practical training for lawyers. Expert lawyers explain to us the problems and solutions that may be involved in various legal practices in combination with their own case handling experience. In the mock trial,retired judge is hired to tutoring the trial, so that we can fight with each other in the real trial, improve the court's debate skills and enhance the handling ability. Hire industry experts to carry out business etiquette training, tea ceremony training and red wine tasting for us.

    提笔至此，脑海中更加清晰的回到了面试前夕，云德律师学院的前辈中，组成了“最强面试组”对我们即将参加面试的实习律师进行模拟面试，“考官们”从律师执业道德、执业纪律的背诵到十项文书涉及的问题再到参面卷宗中可能考点进行地毯式模拟考核，简直是直击灵魂深处的拷问！对每名实习律师近3个小时的模拟面试，“考官们”并无任何懈怠，他们放弃了休息时间，陪着我们加班熬夜……“考官们”临门一脚的助攻，让云德连续四年在全省实习律师面试考核中通过率稳居榜首，在2019年12月3日的陕西省律师协会组织的面试考核中，包括我在内的六名实习律师全部顺利通过面试考核，并获得了可喜的成绩。

    At this point in writing, My mind went back to the eve of the interview more clearly. Among the predecessors of Yunde Law College, the "strongest interview group" has been formed to conduct a mock interview for the intern lawyers we are about to attend the interview. The "examiners" have conducted a blanket mock examination from the recitation of lawyers' professional ethics and discipline to the issues involved in the ten documents to the possible examination sites in the participating files. This is simply a torture that strikes directly at the depths of the soul! For nearly 3 hours of mock interviews for each intern lawyer, The "examiners" did not slacken their efforts, They gave up their rest time, Accompany us to work overtime and stay up late … "Examiners" have kept Yunde Law Firm at the top of the province's intern lawyer interview and examination rate for four consecutive years. In the interview and examination organized by Shaanxi Bar Association on December 3, 2019, all six intern lawyers, including me, passed the interview and examination smoothly and achieved gratifying results.
